We offer several different technologies of manufacturing seals and stamps:
PHOTOPOLYMER (DYCRIL) seals are manufactured from liquid or hard photopolymer. Images — logos, pictures, facsimile - are precisely reproduced by optical patterning to the working material. This allows to produce stamps with small details and lines (up to 0,15 mm).
PRE-INKED seals are manufactured from porous rubber. Such seals do not need ink-pad — finished seal will be filled up by required color ink.
METAL RELIEF CLICHE are produced from magnesia or brass. They are used for cold and hot stamping in plasticine, leather, lead. Metal relief seal can reproduce imprint on the paper or foil without ink.
Holders for seals are made from wood, metal or plastic. There are more then 30 different kinds of automatic holders COLOP, TRODAT, IDEAL, SHINY with different size, with changing date, time or number. Usual term of making dycril seals is six hours, pre-ink seals — two days, metal seals — three days.
